What We Do
PROGRAMS
Three programs. One through-line: research-grounded, field-tested, built for organizations where the stakes are real.
PROGRAM 01
Leadership Academy
Rural Health, EMS & Physician Leadership
A structured leadership development program for rural health systems, EMS directors, and physicians navigating the intersection of clinical excellence and organizational performance. Built to align with RHTP grant requirements and designed for the realities of under-resourced, high-demand environments.
-
Hospital CEOs, administrators, EMS directors, physicians, and board members in rural and critical access health systems.
-
Workforce burnout, leadership credibility gaps, team dysfunction, and the organizational systems that drive turnover in rural health contexts.
-
Designed to meet Rural Health Transformation Program grant objectives for workforce development and leadership capacity in underserved communities.
PROGRAM 02
PACT
Performance, Accountability & Culture Transformation
An organizational diagnostic and transformation engagement for behavioral health organizations, law enforcement agencies, and multi-campus health systems where culture has become a performance liability. PACT moves beyond one-day trainings to assess the systemic drivers of dysfunction and build lasting capacity for change.
-
Executives and clinical leaders in mental health, integrated care, and recovery organizations where the mission demands more than the system sustains.
-
Toxic team dynamics, accountability failures, leadership credibility gaps, and the organizational patterns that sustain high turnover and low morale.
-
Begins with a structured organizational assessment, then moves into targeted leadership coaching, team development, and culture-building over a defined engagement period.
PROGRAM 03
THRIVE
First Responder Wellness & Leadership Development
Leadership development for law enforcement, EMS, and fire, built on the premise that officer and responder wellness is an organizational responsibility, not a personal one. THRIVE draws directly from the P.O.L.A.R. model — proven across 3,100+ officers statewide, extending to the families who carry the weight alongside them.
In 2024, law enforcement suicide deaths exceeded line-of-duty deaths for the fifth consecutive year. THRIVE exists because the data demands it — and because organizations that invest in their people's sustainability outperform those that don't.
Suicide in the Profession — 2024 Data
-
Law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and EMS organizations seeking a structured, evidence-based approach to officer wellness and organizational resilience.
-
Leadership at every rank, stress response and emotional regulation, family dynamics and financial wellness, physical health and resilience, peer support and chaplaincy.
-
Built on methodology from the P.O.L.A.R. program and U.S. Military Special Operations cognitive performance protocols, adapted for law enforcement and first responder organizations.
